Not ready to commit to a full membership? No problem. Our drop-in class rate is $24 per session, giving you full access to whichever class fits your day: restorative yoga, chair yoga, Yoga Nidra, or a breath-led Vinyasa flow. If you know you will be coming back, our class package pricing saves you money right away. A 5-class pass is $110, and a 10-class pass is $220, working out to $22 per class. Passes are a practical choice for anyone who wants flexibility without paying the single-session rate each time. All classes use props including blankets, bolsters, and blocks, so you never need to bring anything extra.

For those who want to make movement a consistent part of life, our Unlimited Monthly membership is $110 per month. That gives you access to all regularly scheduled yoga and meditation classes throughout the month with no per-class tracking. It is the same price as our 5-class pass, so if you plan to attend more than five sessions, the monthly option is the clear choice. Our membership pricing is built around accessibility, not exclusivity. There are no long-term lock-ins attached to the monthly rate, and the studio is a come-as-you-are space for all ages and body types across the Tri-City region.

Art Studio and Lifestyle Membership

The Lifestyle Membership: Art, Yoga, and Community Combined

Love Yourself. Studio is not only a yoga space. Through our Art Studio Membership, you gain access to professional creative equipment including pottery wheels, kiln firings, stained glass tools, and work tables inside the Yoni Mudra Art Gallery. Memberships are available in 3-month and 12-month increments at either the Standard or Lifestyle tier. The Lifestyle tier includes 8 yoga and meditation classes per month alongside your art studio access, making it a genuinely integrated option for anyone who wants both physical restoration and creative expression in one place. Specific membership pricing is available on request, as tiers are structured to match your level of studio use.

Space Booking Rates in Downtown Kitchener

Book a Space for Your Community Group or Practice

Community practitioners, counselors, coaches, and workshop facilitators can book our spaces directly. Rates vary depending on whether you carry your own insurance. The Yoga Room and Gallery space is $50 per hour with insurance, or $70 per hour without. The Therapy Room, which is private and sound-dampened, is $25 per hour or $75 for a full day with insurance, and $45 per hour without. The Art Workshop space is $30 per hour with insurance, or $50 per hour without. Bookings without insurance require on-site staff. Please use the word "booking" when inquiring, as we do not use "rental" terminology for legal and operational reasons. Sound baths are offered exclusively through community artists who book the space independently.
